AusChina Investment Management (ACIM Group), founded in 2013, is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. The main functions of ACIM Group are to build and operate the Australia National Emporium (hereafter ANE), and to carry all kinds of businesses and projects derived from it. ANE is a comprehensive two-way platform with the aims of promoting the exchanging and cooperation of business, culture, technology and art between Australia and China.  

ACIM group has three companies, responsible for different operational modules. ACIM Shanghai is the headquarters of ACIM group in China, responsible for all the businesses and projects of ANE in China.
